The Signature Preview tool lets you create professional signature preview designs directly in your browser — no design software or coding knowledge required. Build your design with the visual editor, preview it in real time, and export the final HTML or copy-paste code directly into your email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).

Yes — email signatures generated by our tool use HTML compatible with Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook (2016, 2019, 365), Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, and Thunderbird. We avoid CSS features not supported by email clients (e.g. flexbox, CSS grid, web fonts) and use inline styles and table-based layouts for maximum compatibility. After generating, test your signature by sending a test email to yourself.

To add a signature to Gmail: (1) Go to Gmail Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. (2) Paste your HTML signature into the editor (switch to "Insert HTML" mode for HTML signatures). (3) If the editor strips formatting, copy the rendered signature directly from our preview instead of the raw HTML. (4) Set your signature as default for new messages and replies. (5) Click Save Changes.

PNG is recommended for logos and graphics in email signatures — it supports transparency and renders crisply. JPG works well for photographs. Avoid GIF animations in signatures as they are blocked by Outlook. Keep total image file sizes small (logo under 100KB) to avoid slow loading. Host images on a reliable HTTPS server — Gmail's image proxy and Outlook's security filters may block locally referenced or non-HTTPS images.
